JULES BARTL

Jules has been working in animation and illustration solidly for a good decade, for screens and print in the UK, Europe and the US. 

With a head full of creatures and ideas, she directs and animates in a variety of styles tailored to the client's goals and equally handles other people's art and direction with respect and enthusiasm. She's a problem solver and thinks of herself as a swiss army knife, always adding new skills to the tool box. When she was little she wanted to be MacGyver, or Heath Robinson.

She grew up in the Bavarian Alps, exploring flora and fauna and challenging the local supply of paint stain remover, but thankfully, she doesn't yodel. She moved to the UK in 1999 and is still getting covered in ink, bits of paper, glue, garden soil, wood shavings, critters and pixels - only these days most of it happens in Brighton, UK.
