2013 Christmas Lectures- Title Ident

Commissioned by the Royal Institution of Science to title each of their 24 Advent lectures on the topic of chromosomes in december 2013. 

The RI was looking for something warm but not too blatantly tinsel-ish, so I came up with this embroidery themed analogy for a cell nucleus and strands of DNA. Shot in reverse. Done solo start to finish.

Most enjoyable bit: Creating a big soft tangled mess of colours for the end (="beginning") of the shoot.
